My kitchen sink was blocked and would not drain or be cleared by any of my efforts. Moonie was able to both clear it and resolve the underlying issues with our 1950s plumbing. The kitchen sink was cleaned and the area was left in very clean condition. Always dependable and on time.

Moonie responded immediately to my frantic call on Friday night. He came to our manufactured home within the hour to see if he could repair the water heater. After determining the broken lever couldn't be repaired (it was 2008 water heater) Moonie went to buy the new water heater at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. This allowed us to have hot and cold water already on Saturday. Otherwise, we would have been without hot water until Monday. He also put legitimate earthquake straps on the new water heater that our original one did not have... Moonie does excellent work and does it right the first time!! Highly recommend him. Was satisfied with the repair .

We had to get help installing a smart thermostat after we could only get hot air blowing out. I reached out and someone immediately called and helped to set up a time. They were even able to come out the same day! They already had other calls but they squeezed me in! With some additional work including freeon and additional wiring it was more than we planned to spend but the system is working and they did a great job of keeping me informed with the progress and what needed to be done. Thank you for being so prompt, friendly and professional!

Work completed in a very short amount of time(as promised). The replacement part, unfortunately, is very noisy. The receipt was almost impossible to read.

Moonie was amazing! We installed a new thermostat and it wasn't working. He came out to our home checked it fixed it then looked at our air-conditioner and told us how to fix it ourselves. When we went to pay him he wouldn't accept anything from us. He was very thorough and explained everything. We highly recommend him!
