When my wife and I decided to pull the pin and start modernizing the kitchen, downstairs bath and laundry room, one key element was already a given - which contractor to use - USA Home Remodeling did such a fantastic job on our master bath (and two other upstairs bathrooms), we didn't even think about putting this out for bids. We worked with Isaac once again on design plans, including replacing about 85% of the kitchen. We wanted to retain the center island look (see pics), but definitely wanted a clean, modern look. We ended up with quartz countertops everywhere, with new cabinetry in the kitchen and bath, new sinks in all three rooms, and a new shower, replacing a tile shower that felt like 1970 all over again (actually, the entire downstairs bathroom fit that genre). We also replaced the original cooktop with a Wolf - what a fantastic upgrade! USA Home Remodeling handled all the related logistics. Bottom line, the team did an outstanding job, and we highly recommend them.

We have just started a kitchen remodel at a rental property with USA Home Remodeling. My contact person is Issac and he has been great. So far Issac has been very thorough and has listened carefully to our needs for this project. He has also been very specific and upfront regarding the costs, which I appreciate. As a rental property, it is important to us that the price is reasonable and the quality is durable and can handle some abuse. As you can see from the pictures the kitchen is in bad shape. I will update this as we move along.

One of the first things that impressed me with USA Home Remodeling was during the initial visit when Isaac showed up, he immediately began taking measurements and started to create a digital rendering of our kitchen on his laptop. Throughout our kitchen remodel project Isaac was very detailed, hands-on, and transparent about the whole process which helped provide peace of mind. Isaac also helped arrange tours for my wife an I to look at different cabinet and countertop designs, and after everything we needed for our kitchen remodel project was picked out, he was able to showcase a digital 3-D rendering of what our kitchen would look like which really helped us see our vision. Isaac's team was great and very professional. Everyone involved treated the project like they were doing this work on their own home. I really appreciate the care that Tom did for the electrical work, Roberto did with helping install our cabinets, and Gustavo who helped with our new floors. Overall, choosing Isaac and USA Home Remodeling really exceeded my expectations and I would certainly look to work with them again for a future home project.

USA Home Remodeling did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen. The end result was everything I hoped for and more. The various sub-contractors hired to do the work were skilled and courteous. Roberto (cabinet installer) and Tom (Electrician) were both detailed oriented professionals. My remodel was also completed within the 6-8 week timeframe noted in the contract. Choosing, buying and picking up the majority of the materials needed for the remodel was a bit stressful. Luckily my choices turned out to be what I imagined and I now have a beautiful new kitchen.

When we needed to remodel our kitchen, we did so much research and met with over 5 contractors - and finally decided to work with USA Home Remodeling. We are so very happy that we chose Isaac and his team to build our lovely new kitchen! Everything was so organized and detailed - from the paperwork to the design to the day-to-day execution, Isaac was very helpful and communicative, gave us daily updates via text and email, and was very honest and trustworthy. We have two big furkids and initially I was concerned with having work crews in our home, but because Isaac was so attentive to our needs, we were able to accommodate our lifestyle and home routine with no issues. Our 50-year-old home presented some challenges, but every step of the way, Isaac felt our pain in our challenges and helped us in every way he possibly could! The professionals that worked on our kitchen each step of the way were so great - we have beautiful recessed lighting and under cabinet lights from Tom, gorgeous cabinets with precision installation from Roberto, very nice new flooring and baseboards from Gustavo, and Lovelyn made sure all of our invoices and payments were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Our project continued to grow as our home floor plan is open and at each turn Isaac gave us guidance and options that were so helpful. He provided expertise and insight and also helped us with costs and discounts as he could - he even offered to help fix outdated items in the kitchen just to help us get to our end goal and have complete satisfaction with our new home upgrades. Our kitchen is so amazing with brand new cabinets including a lazy susan cabinet, spice rack, and even built in trash bins. We ended up getting new floors, baseboards and painted our whole first floor - living room, dining room, and TV room too! USA Home Remodeling exceeded our expectations and our kitchen is more beautiful than we could have imagined possible. We would highly recommend choosing USA Home Remodeling for any home remodel needs and we would most certainly work with Isaac again on future home projects.

Early in 2023, my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a master bathroom remodel. We figured that finding a quality contractor would be easy, and we'd get started quickly. And by going to a couple of home/remodeling shows in Del Mar and San Diego, this would all just come together easily. WRONG. Time and time again, even at the shows, we were told that unless we were doing a major remodel of $300k or more, we simply weren't worth the time. We actually got to the starting line with a smaller company specializing in kitchen/bath, until they told us their price (3x higher than the original estimate). FINALLY, we stumbled across USA Home Remodeling on Nextdoor. We met with Isaac, he walked us through his company and how the project would work, and broke down the costs - making it VERY easy to make decisions on what we wanted vs what we paid. We decided to go with him and his team, including a few hours with a designer. A week later, we got started, made selections on tile, mirrors, countertop, sinks, tub, and faucets, and then met with his cabinet guy to discuss what we're looking for in design. Separately, we also worked with a couple of other companies for "post" remodel for a new barn door for our closet as well as glass for the shower. Once all the tile/countertop/plumbing "stuff"/cabinetry showed up (and took over the garage), Isaac's team took about a day to demo the existing bathroom. Electricians and the plumbing team showed up right after that to start roughing in where lines need to run, as well as moving existing plumbing to support the new shower/tub/sink locations. We had a couple of design mods along the way, these were handled professionally and quickly - one was a necessity, one was simply updating the look of the tile with a new design "topper" to make the backsplash. Bottom line - once the demo was complete, the bathroom came back together VERY quickly, and the end result is simply stunning. The entire time, Isaac provided excellent communication, and the teams he used were not only incredibly talented, but easy to work with. The price was exactly what we were told it would be (no surprises, in other words). We have several other remodeling efforts coming up, there is NO doubt that we'll be utilizing USA Home Remodeling for them.
