They came by knocking the door and said first month is just $5 but asked us to sign for 1 year contract. They did something but did not see any important. We called to cancel and they charged my credit card for $195 for something that never worked. Worst company. Do not hire them

Avoid them! Worst company ever. No respect, not honest, such bad work. I really had very bad experience.

On June 5, 2024, a Sales Representative came to our home and sold us a pest control service, claiming there was a $20 promotion to sign up. He explained that the company would perform the service, and if we were satisfied, we could continue and cancel at any time. The Sales Representative scheduled a service appointment, requested a signature, and left. We were not shown the contract, nor was it explained that we were signing one. We attempted to escalate the issue with the Office Manager, Angie. She said the best she could do is waive the $100 cancellation fee for us. We still owe $209. DO NOT USE this company!!

We contacted them to for a pest inspection as part of our closing. They were responsive, the tech kept us informed as to when he was going to arrive and he arrived on time. The work was thorough and complete. I'd use them again!

Tim Perez was my technician that was sent to our home for service. He was knowledgeable, professional and direct to the point. He addressed all my concerns with the ants and spiders. Great company. Excellent customer service. Timely response on the phone and easy to schedule. Billing and scheduling are automatic. Tech texts you a reminder as to next visit as well as the day of. Should issues arise in between scheduled visits, they are very happy to come out in between and take care of the issue. Our service advisor, Ruben Lujan is friendly, knowledgeable, delivers value timely to his customers. Recommend Home Guard highly.

I Had a very persistent bee problem. The exterminators had to come out several times to finally eliminate the hive which was by my front door in a wall void. Each time they arrived they were pleasant and professional and saw to it that the issue was taken care of.

Inspector was polite, communicative and professional. Excellent knowledge of subject matter and elimination of pests. Completed task in a very acceptable time frame.
