My sister and I have been using Plumbing Made Simple for quite some time, and they never disappoint. Ryan did an outstanding job installing our two toilets. He gets four stars from me, and we will definitely use their services again. As Leonardo da Vinci said, "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."

They pulled the toilet and showed me what had happened. They also indicated that using the wax rings is still the better way to do the toilet. Also, saw that they did a few extra things to secure the toilet down. Very fast and professional.

It went great! Mike came when he said he would, he was thorough and willing to add his opinion about an unrelated problem for which we had called him originally; and his opinion was exactly what the problem turned out to be. I will definitely have him back for any plumbing problems we will have in the future. He works quickly and thoroughly because he knows his craft. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
