John De Luca was always willing to answer questions during the design process as well as throughout the entire remodel from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better designer and love how his vision was turned into a reality. Our Project Manager, Torrey Brown, was able to assemble a great team to complete our project on time with impeccable craftsmanship and wasn’t shy about rolling up his sleeves on site. Torrey was also available to answer questions or help with any changes we wanted to make along the way. John De Luca, Torrey Brown and the entire Remodel Works team always worked with our family with respect, kindness, and great work ethic to complete our kitchen remodel. "Hello! We had our master bathroom remodeled by Remodel Works. Ryan (our project manager) and Lance (the main remodeler) did a great job. We were pleased with the outcome so much that we contracted with Remodel Works again to do our kitchen.
The process from beginning to end was well organized. The designer (Matt) was very competent, friendly, and personal. The family vibe/feeling was very evident. Once the design was finalized and the cost was agreed on that was it! Throughout the entire process Remodel Works never asked for any addition funds. if something needed to be modified or upgraded, Ryan worked out all the logistics and made it happen. Without going into too much detail in the few specific instances, just know that we were very happy with the outcome. No matter how many questions concerns or requests we made (I felt bad a few times) Ryan and Lance responded/addressed them without any hint of annoyance or pushback.
The projects were completed on time with hardly any issues. There were a few other employees that made an appearance that I cannot recall their names that deserve some credit as well. We were very happy with all the Remodel Works employees we interacted with.
The one small negative was that some of the tasks were subcontracted. A few of the subcontractors didn’t have same level of quality as Remodel Works. However, Remodel Works was able to get them to come back and attempt to address anything we were not happy with.
To summarize, we are very happy with the results and glad we chose Remodel Works. Apologies for the long and overdue review!

"Great. Removed old floor, moved furniture, installed new floor and baseboards. They did 1500 sq. ft. in a week. Very professional workers, cleaned up after themselves, and fixed the couple of places that I wanted "better." After a couple of months, they are fixing stair caps, which are really tricky, and replacing a plank that I think is defective. They aim to please, and they have. Hoping I won't need new floors again, but they would be my go to company.

"The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel.
