"I called Gordon to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace a bad water pressure regulator. I send him pictures of the old one and we agreed on time when he could come out. He should up a little early, replaced it quickly and explained the difference between the new all brass unit versus the old plastic one that I had. After that he did a final adjustment on the pressure and he was done. It does not get any easier than that.
