"We did a full house remodel and addition with Sergiu and Annamaria at Best Construction. They are a wonderful team and the crew was great. They took our tiny 900 square foot house and reconfigured the walls on the interior and added 250 square feet with a new roof and new exterior. They changed our cramped space into a HOME! It was as if the flow of the house had changed from awkward cramped to what it was always meant to be. They best part was the use of space. We got to keep our big backyard while still feeling like we had loads new room. The whole process was actually pretty fast. We started our design with Annamaria and before we knew it we had plans and permits. I really appreciated having my own input and ideas taken into consideration by Annamarie. She understood my taste and helped me make decisions when I felt overwhelmed by the choices. I appreciated all the vendors and contacts she had for everything from tile, to windows, doors, etc. I never felt pressured to go out of my budget. Sergiu and the crew are great.
