  SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing. The best part was that they did an excellent job of finishing including flooring, painting, etc. They were very responsive to fixing minor touch-ups even after we had moved in. I would whole heartedly recommend SOD

  We highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. If you want a job completed with no stress and the assurance you are getting it done right, then we feel strongly that SOD Home Group is the one to call

  We renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff. We hired a designer from a design firm, but Nathan knows design really well and has some great ideas. Any issues, he was quick to address. I would partner with Nathan and Wisebuilders again in a heartbeat

  We worked with New Key Construction to remodel our backyard workshop and transform it into a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ADU for my parents to retire and live in. New Key did an absolute outstanding job and we are so happy we chose them for one of the largest investments we've ever made. - Quality Work - Reggie and his team do quality work; they do not cut corners, and they will always lean to do things the right way that is safe, compliant, and functional. You can feel the quality when you walk around; there is a meticulousness to the work that is hard to find anywhere else. - Project Planning - We were assigned a project manager and a foreman who kept us updated very frequently on the state of construction. The work was completed on-time if you account for the realities of construction which were largely due to supply delays and/or the occasional coordinate of some competing work. To convert a workshop (where we literally stripped it down) to a livable, high-quality ADU in 5 months is impressive! Also, they showed up on-time every day and if they were going to be late (or not come), we would be told. - Culture - Everyone that works at New Key Construction was a pleasure to work with; they hire people who care about the work they are doing and make an effort to get to know you. We could tell the employees enjoyed working at New Key, and it shows in the work. We looked at several companies before choosing New Key. I wholeheartedly will say it was worth it - you get quality work, quality communication, a 10-year warranty, and people who legitimately care about you and your home. You won't regret it

  I love the house after the service. They did a great service. They are nice people. It was wonderful. Jr and his wife linda are very nice team and they're very quiet.   We evaluated 12 contractors for our project and selected Brother and Brother. They were not the least expensive (in the top 4) of total cost, but their gallery photos, ratings, and reputation was unexcelled, in our evaluation. Brother and Brother did a marvelous job updating our home. We initially had a limited scope of work to update a couple of rooms. After seeing their portfolio and discussing ideas, we decided to update our entire home. We really couldn’t be happier. Our project manager, Daniel, was super responsive. As we went through our project, he kept in contact and was always available quickly to discuss ideas and needed changes. The construction team had incredible, high-quality execution – super quality work throughout with excellent attention to detail. The team achieved our timeline exactly for completion – even though they had to work extra hard because of additional items we wanted to add to the project. And everything was done right and for the price we agreed upon. We haven’t had to call to address any issue or problem. They did it right the first time. And of course, it is beautiful. If you are looking at their galleries of photos and projects, you can have confidence that yours will look that nice too. We have some more work in mind in the future and we will no doubt work with Brother and Brother again

  This is the second time we hire Everlast Construction, this time it was much bigger project last time we just moved in couple years ago we did basic remodeling and some cosmetics. This time we expand the home did really complicated remodeling in 2 phases. Our PM was Ariel he was the once who managed the first project, this time when we called we ask for Ariel and they told us he don't really does that anymore, when we contact him directly he was immediately told us he will be the one who will manage it for us. We would hire them anyways but we already know Ariel he know us it feels so right that he just jumped in we didn't even ask him to do it for us. The process was very good, The work came out to be catalog photo, we are so happy that we hire them the second time for this project

  HomeTech did a complete main floor remodel of our home. We love the results. I really enjoyed working on the design. I had a difficult time making choices but the advices from the team were always helpful and really fit with the vision I had for our project. The team came up with ideas that I never would have thought of on my own that made our project so much more than I had hoped for The job site was always clean. Everyone on the team answered all my questions. We now have the most beautiful new kitchen, great room, dining room and covered deck. We would be happy to work with HomeTech again

  We hired Bay Remodels for our whole-house renovation project. We essentially rebuilt our house from the inside out and added a 2nd level. Arsen understood how to address the complexities of the project and get to a beautiful finished product in a timely manner. Working with Arsen and his team has been a joy even in a time of great stress and uncertainty. He and his team are consistently professional, talented, ethical, friendly and a genuinely caring group. They have integrity and they are highly trustworthy. The work they did actually came under budget and they stuck with their timeline. Everything went so well, Bay Remodels exceeded our expectations on a number of levels. Of course every home renovation has its challenges, but I'd recommend this company to any of my friends or family members thinking about improving their home
