"The project was a 1938 home that was never remodeled, it needed new plumbing and electrical, updating the kitchen and master bath into this century! Interviewed 5 contractors and chose Build Ur Dream, and from the start it was a smooth process. First off, the Owner Eli, came out to the site, listened to the ideas of what was needed and the overall design of the finished project. I visited the showroom, met with Vincent the design consultant, who helped out with the flooring, fixtures, countertop and cabinets, Eli assigned Victore as the lead project manager, great communication with both via text and phone. Victore was a pleasure to work with, if a issue came up, as they do in a older home remodel, we as a team discussed the options and came up with a plan. Victore and the team worked everyday, I mean there was someone or something being done to move the project forward everyday, even Saturday and Sundays. My home was completed on time and in budget, 2 1/2 months from start to finish. Super happy with the work, craftsmanship and enjoying my home."

"The job included prepping and painting my 1400 sq ft home and picket fence. It also included demo-ing the old window boxes that were structurally built into the walls, and custom-building new ones. In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project. "We needed to remodel our master bathroom due to a leak under the toilet which has damaged the subfloor. We found Build The Bay through Angi. We took quotes from several contractors. Eitan came for scoping the work and the quote. He was extremely good at explaining our options and how the process of renovating will work, explaining each part in detail. His quote was also very competitive. Eitan helped us shop around for the finished materials so that we have everything ready before it was needed. Eitan and his team were very professional and responsive in their work. They always showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving for the day. We added couple of other jobs such as replacing kitchen floor, and fixing the leak in kitchen pipeline. Everything went very well and we are very happy with the results.
