"We hired Shay to correctly vault our home’s ceilings after they were unsafely vaulted years earlier by a licensed general contractor. Shay, their construction manager, gave us a typed, 17 page contract on the SAME DAY that he came to give us an estimate (!) The contract was highly specific, with detailed scope of work, and contained many protections for the homeowner, several which we referred to during the project. Their bid wasn’t the lowest, nor was it the highest — two came in at double and triple Shay’s estimate, one at 30% less. All building inspections were passed with no difficulties, and the site was cleaned up immaculately upon completion of the project."
