"Very honest engineer. He performed a mandatory seismic inspection that was required for the city of Hayward. There was no foundation issue whatsoever. Before Mr Padir did the inspection I had a retrofit company look at my building and they told me it would cost $58k to fix the problem and I almost fell for it. It turns out that one joist was rotten from a sewer leak that was repaired. It is hard to find honest people these days. I am so glad it is only a cosmetic fix and a sister joist installed next to it to relieve the pressure on the building. Thank you once again Mr. Padir. Excellent job and quick turnaround."

"Arbel has given us the best ideas about our house’s interior design and decoration. We had a wonderful experience with his work and his professional skills. The outcome of our work with Arbel was a job that had amazed all our friends and family when they visited our place. We were very satisfied with Arbel’s work to the point that we have and would refer our friends and family to work with Arbel for their house designs and we for sure will rehire him in the future if we need any help with our house interior design again. We were so lucky to work with Arbel."

"Outstanding, custom service! Bill Fisher is quite simply the best architect in Santa Cruz...not only for my house, but he designed the large residential building on North Pacific and River. Fast, expert, and affordable... Bill will help you navigate the code maze in Santa Cruz and get your plans approved and built. Definitely will use/recommend him again and again."

"Excellent Architect We hired SSA, Inc. for the exterior and interior remodel of our Autobody shop building. It is a challenging project since the building was never upgraded to be current code compliant. There are existing items to be legalized as well. Sharmila, Owner/Principal Architect is very knowledgable, experienced and familiar with city process, current building and fire codes. She is very personable, creative and suggested solutions and design that are both effecient for our setup as well as acceptable by the City. She and her competent, effecient team of engineers delivered design plans, renderings, drawing sets in a fast paced timeline so we do not have lags in our operations. SSA, Inc and team have expereince working with the building departments in all cities in the bay area. They communicate promptly and effectively with plan checkers and building officials. She is a fantastic architect who always works for the best outcome for her client. We are very thankful to have hired her and highly recommend her companys services for your remodel, addition or new construction project."

"Rich knows his business. He's thorough, very reasonable in pricing, and follows up until the job is complete. He's easy to work with, and responds instantly to questions. If you need building plans for permits or design, Rich will get it done."

"Veronica & Oscar from V & M Landscaping just completed a complete revamp of our front and back yard. The project included removing all existing landscaping, laying new pavers for a patio & walkway, building a pavilion from a kit we had purchased, installing yard and walkway lights, new irrigation, installing some artificial turf and planting all new plants. V&M did a fantastic job. Oscar & his team were here everyday at 8:00 a.m. and had everything cleaned up at 4:00 p.m. Veronica was available to quickly answer all questions I had. Both were onsite everyday to ensure the project stayed on schedule. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping projects you have, large or small."

"Brother & Brother Builders shattered every negative stereotype I?ve ever heard about contractors. Reem met with me within a day of my inquiry and was happy to take on my project even though it was a smaller remodel, a kitchen and primary bath. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Reem never missed a phone call or text and often responded within minutes. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested throughout the entire project. Every member of his team was stellar, from demolition to installation to fabrication. They consistently did exactly what they said they would do. I was especially impressed with how closely they stayed on schedule. The team was organized, careful during demo, and meticulous about follow-through, right down to the special trim pieces I requested. The final result exceeded my expectations. Lastly, everyone I worked with, especially Reem and Brenda in their office, were genuinely kind and considerate. I would recommend them 100%!"

"I worked with Sean for a unique 2 bathroom remodel and a skylight addition that raised our ceiling. Sean is an amazing designer and listener- he integrated our inspiration drawings and input seamlessly into the plan. There were last-minute changes (by construction crew), and Sean still kept the overall vision. I would definitely recommend him for any size home project."

"Mark Brand asked all of the right questions and worked tirelessly with the city permit department to make sure everything we wanted to do would be approved. Beyond being amazing on the phone with the city, his design fit with our mid-century home and anyone who has seen it is amazed at the transformation of our small back yard. We started this project with Mark in 2019, long before COVID-19, and completed the major construction in October of 2020. The actual construction began in May 2020 with demo, to completion in October 2020. Mark and his staff were with us through the entire process, communicating with our Contractor and Pool installer and keeping everyone in the loop and on track. I had never worked with an architect before, and feel grateful that my first experience was with Mark Brand and his team. Fees are explained up front, and although the fees were a healthy part of our budget, I know I got what I paid for! Communication with email and phone calls, as well as site visits were always timely, with any issues explained and problems worked through and resolved to avoid delays."

"OMG, what a great experience! Team2 came up with a great design for our home addition, was detailed in design and requested changes and worked with us through the city process for permits. The addition turned out great and would thoroughly recommend Team2 to any person seeking professional architect services."
