"I recently contracted with Brothers and Brothers building to complete renovations on two bathrooms and expansion of the master bedroom walk in closet. This was my second remodeling project having completed a home rebuild a while ago, so I have prior experience working with contractors. Our Project Manager was Daniel Perez who did an excellent job communicating with us on a regular basis, was immediately accessible by text, staying on top of the project, and fulfilling our visions. Even into the project I would ask him to do little extras and he always accommodated us with a great smile. Daniel even noticed finished items he did not like and had his crew return to redo the work. He was a delight to work with. The on-site managers, Nick and Oner, were also helpful, professional, and very accommodating. In fact, the whole construction crew was great. The project was completed as per the time line and within the contracted amount, no surprises. With regards to the finished product, we could not be happier. Brother and Brother Builders really provide quality work, attention to detail, customer service, stress less remodeling, all a timely manner. Their quality of work and professionalism is unmatched. "Highly Recommended! Amazing Full-House Remodel with GVR! I am so glad I chose GVR! In 2025, I bought an old 1957 3b2b house in Santa Clara. It needed a complete remodel, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Since I am not from the US and have zero experience with American houses, GVR completely blew me away with their amazing work. They are absolute pros. They made a perfect, custom plan with their talented designer. They carefully explained every detail to me step-by-step, always asked for my ideas, and gave great advice. The crew worked so hard every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. They beautifully changed our 3b2b into a 3b3b in just 3 months! This was much faster than I expected, and the quality is outstanding. "We did a full house remodel and addition with Sergiu and Annamaria at Best Construction. They are a wonderful team and the crew was great. They took our tiny 900 square foot house and reconfigured the walls on the interior and added 250 square feet with a new roof and new exterior. They changed our cramped space into a HOME! It was as if the flow of the house had changed from awkward cramped to what it was always meant to be. They best part was the use of space. We got to keep our big backyard while still feeling like we had loads new room. The whole process was actually pretty fast. We started our design with Annamaria and before we knew it we had plans and permits. I really appreciated having my own input and ideas taken into consideration by Annamarie. She understood my taste and helped me make decisions when I felt overwhelmed by the choices. I appreciated all the vendors and contacts she had for everything from tile, to windows, doors, etc. I never felt pressured to go out of my budget. Sergiu and the crew are great. They are approachable, professional, polite, hardworking, timely, and friendly. It was really great having most of the work done by the Best Construction crew. I had the same crew working on the project the entire time except for the occasional sub contractors that came though but they were managed well by Sergiu. Everyone I talk to is blown away at the integrity and timely fashion that this design and build firm had towards this project. I was warned things would go wrong but I have to say things went very smoothly and if we do it again it will be with Best Construction."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
