Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "Wish they had given me more time to choose colors. I felt pressured to decide. (Reasonable I guess as the painters were ready to go but their was still quite a bit more prep work to do).. The workers were pleasant and accommodating. There was a lot of pick up of tape, etc. that I had to do (small pieces of stuff) but overall they cleaned up well. I felt they charged me a fair amount and that was nice. The owner did a walk through but a bit before they finished. I went out today and found paint dripped on several place on my cement walks. Also I was disappointed that they did not put things back they had to move. Some are way too heavy for me to move myself. Also noticed when I opened some of the doors that they missed some of the edges. They had to scrape and sand some things a lot and made things look almost brand new. It was amazing."
