"I want to say a big thank you to Plumbtree plumbing and rooter. I had a drain backup and called another plumbing company, who came out and cleared my drain, but 2 days later I was back to square one. Frustrated, to say the least. A friend of mine told me about plumbtree plumbing and rooter and their positive experience with them. So I called. I was impressed to say the least. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys"

"First of all I would like to point out the high level of professionalism: communication is excellent, Cornelio and his brother Edson were always on time, responding very promptly to any questions I had. The paper work, estimates are very straight forward. I needed the TOTO washlet to be installed in the bathroom, so I needed plumbing and electrical services. I am so impressed with the quality of their work! They work fast, keeping the area very clean. Cornelio and Edson is a great team and it was a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend their business and will be referring them to my friends. And I already hired them for the next plumbing project."

"Jesus was awesome - not only was he the first to respond to my inquiry, he fit me in quickly after a weekend and did the best job of any plumber I have ever had service my condo. Not all plumbers do a thorough or ideal set up and Jesus corrected what was leaking and fixed prior issues. "The owner, Mike, came to inspect the problem (DIY mess left by me. A half threaded part of shower arm stuck behind) and then proposed a solution which he trusts his job team lead, Manuel, could improvise as needed to avoid cutting through tile walls to minimize damages (and implied later headache and hidden cost). Which all other bidders all included cutting the tile wall without patch-up post job done. Mike was a very good negotiator and flexible at coming to a bid price I cannot not wait and compare. Otherwise, I could lose the reasonable offer. Mike is like an openbook. After job bid approved, he immediately schedule the work for next day right at the table. Manuel led a team of 4 for my project. Manuel is a nice guy, very approachable and would explain any questions I had. Nicely getting job done. At the end, the staff even vacuumed the mess and no trash left behind. I would definitely invite Mike/Manuel team back should I need another new plumbing job to be taken care of."

"I use Counsil for the quality of their work and trust them to do it to highest city inspection standards. I had to do two replacement sewer lines. Counsil plumbing did the digging, plumbing and cement work with same people; the other contractor did plumbing, subcontracted sleeving sewer line and subcontracted concrete work. Counsil left the house as he found it. The other contractor left trash, rebar and wood and never came back. Counsil used a price master and a detailed contract, the other contractor gave me verbal price which became opaque. I use Counsil when i need quality work that meets inspection specifications and am willing to pay for it."

"I had what turned out to be a 30 year old water heater replaced by this great company and they did it the same day of the quote. The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for a water heater replacement."

"After talking to Jaime of SWAGS, I was made aware that it was not his company who did the plumbing work in my house, but anothe company. My apologies. Jaime was also kind enough to tell me that his company makes sure to be on the appointed time or if not, that their customers are reasonably informed of any delay. His company would have been my first choice since he told me he tried contacting me 3 times and did not get any call back from me. It must have been the day or days when I was having problems with the phone service. If only for his effort to reach out and that he was nice enough despite the mistake speaks greatly of professionalism I will definitely give his company a call the next time the need arises."
