"First off, Sid was available to work on the weekend, and in my case, that meant I did not have to take time off work for the visit. Sid installed two drapery rods above sliding glass doors and two above windows, all in the same room. He paid attention to detail as well as to exactly what I wanted. One of the sliding glass doors is adjacent to a window and I wanted the rods to look like there are continuous. Sid made sure they were level, perfectly aligned, and touching. He also patched several holes in my walls and ceiling, some large. He redid one of the patches because he felt it wasn't done right the first time. One of the old drapery rods he took down was 14 feet long and I was worried that the garbage company would not collect it because of the size. Sid cut it down into several chunks for me so I could easily dispose of it. He did all this cheerfully. He showed up on time and was tidy. All in all, a very positive experience.
