"The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. When he arrived, he spent a good 30-45 minutes with me discussing all the options, but in the end his recommendation was that the door I had was not going to be the best option for me and that we would be better off either getting a different size if we still wanted to proceed.
He was extremely courteaous and honest and he refused any money for his time and effort - I believe he drove quite a bit to get to my house as well.
