Juan and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional, and an excellent communicator. "Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "Sarai and Ivan and their team did a great job on the house. The house is old (1950) and have been neglected. It requires a lot of efforts to bring it back to life. Ivan and his team spent over a week washing, scraping, filling, sanding and re-glazing all the windows (they are in very bad shape). It was a tedious and painstaking detail work which their team took extra care to do a great job. Sarai was prompt answering all my questions and explaining the whole process. Everyone on their team was nice, polite and extremely hardworking. Ivan and Sarai are fabulous, very accommodating and easy to work with. The house looks 1,000% better!"

Due to COVID 19, some suppliers were delayed in delivering required fixtures which delayed project weeks but in terms of Build the Bay, they did demo, fit tub, installed tiling, new shower and fixtures added once completed. It delayed project from 5 weeks to about 7 but not the fault of Build the Bay Inc. Build the Bay Inc. was very competitive in price, recommended some suppliers to shop materials from. Eitan was very good at communicating via phone, text and e-mail and his team was very professional, courteous, on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome of my remodeled master bath."

"Due to an old shower valve and failing galvanized pipe behind existing shower tile, we had an ongoing leak issue. We were very pleased when Redo House assessed the situation and told us that the leak could be fixed and the tile could removed and reinstalled after another provider had told us the tile was not salvageable. We were impressed that their team went into the crawl space under the house and confirmed there was not water damage and provided photo evidence-all as part of the initial free estimate process. On the scheduled day, the team replaced the faulty valve, pipe (with copper), and re-installed the existing tile. You can virtually not tell that the tile was removed--very clean work. They also cleaned up some of the other tile that had mold growth and re-caulked areas where the glass wall was leaking and not sealed correctly with the floor pan. Our "like new" shower now works beautifully!"
