Pacini's Tile Works

We called Pacini’s Tile Works for help with deteriorating grout in our kitchen and shower. Owner Jeff got back to us right away and put his tile specialist Joe Lee on the job. Jeff scheduled our job quickly, which was great because we were worried about damage from water leaking through the old grout. Joe worked quickly and thoroughly, replacing broken tiles, fixing the leaking spot, and putting in new grout and caulking in the kitchen. He also replaced all the grout and caulking in the shower and repaired water damage in an area adjacent to the tub. He explained all the repairs very clearly and did meticulous work. We will be calling Pacini’s again to keep our tiled areas water-safe and beautiful—so happy to have found them!

After a follow-up phone call Jeff agreed to match the low bid. He has 6 tile repair specialists who work exclusively for him and he sent Joe to do my repair. Joe was prompt, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Pacini's Tile Works for any job you have. Great work at a great price!

I was fortunate to find Jeff Pacini after several estimates prior to his visit. I am a professional Project Manager with many years of experience with local business's, so I do not say this without just cause. My wife noted at this initial visit he was very honest in his assessment of the project, I found this to be true through the completion of the job. There price is very much in line with the other 4 estimates but the work done was beyond our expectation. We needed to complete dry rot work before the tile installation as part of the project, and Brian.s work was again excellent. Pacini's experience was clear over other contractors we contacted from store names. Believe me this is an independent review, and a solid recommendation. I only wish I would have found them earlier. I received three bids and selected Pacini to do a the job after they provided some innovative solutions the other companies did not think of. Their workers showed up everyday on time, were professional, highly skilled, and cleaned up after they left. They finished only a couple days beyond the original quote even though we encountered some issues with the floor being uneven in two areas. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff Pacini gave us great resources to look for our tile and moulding and suggestions for the design. The workers were meticulous in laying the tile and keeping our home very clean during the project. The workers and Jeff checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied as the floor was being done. They also did extra things, like installing a toilet paper holder and towel rack after the painter had left and the paint dried.

They were meticulous in the tile laying. It is very uniform and well done, solid. They worked around the floor by removing the toilet and reinstalling, adjusting pocket door to fit new floor, cut door bottoms to fit new tile. We had raised our floor 1/4 inch from the old. Replaced the Baseboards with new, etc. etc. They are very professional.

THEY CAME ON TIME, FINISH THE JOB A DAY EARLY.,VERY PROFESSINAL,CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT.I WOULD RECOMMENDED TO MY FRIENDS.

This is a first class tile contractor. Work came in at the bid price, workers showed up on time, they cleaned up daily and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any tile work that you may have.

I have use Pacini's Tile Works for four projects in my house: 1) installing tumbled travertine 4" x 4" tile backsplash with decorative tiles, 2) installation of a marble fireplace mantel, 3) tiling a raised flower bed in my backyard and 4) the installation of granite counter tops in my wine cellar. Jeff and his crew do excellent work, they arrive on time and thoroughly clean up the job site when they are finished. Jeff is very good about responding to your questions in a timely manner and getting a job quote to you. He has been the most responsive and helpful of all the vendors I contacted regarding the four jobs I mentioned above.
