"We bought Angie's List Big Deal for Marble Trasformerz granite cleaning, polishing and sealing. Christopher and his crew of three arrived five minutes before the scheduled time and set immediately to work on our kitchen counter tops.. Christopher confirmed what I had been told previously: stains in the light colored granite are not removable. He also gave me pointers on how to care for the granite in the future and left a bottle of neutral acidity soap.  The crew finished within an hour with the countertop shining like new. Christopher followed up with a telephone call  the next day to assure that we had not found any residual problems and were still pleased with how our counter tops looked. Since the work was done, we are able to clean the granite with plain water. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of Marble Transformerz work.

"They agreed to work on the weekend as this is an office building. They arrived early Saturday and worked late each day to ensure the job was completed AHEAD of schedule. They sent pictures throughout the day which was nice to see how the job was coming along without interferring with the jobat hand. The floors look good and I'm a happy customer"

"The two man crew was here for about 3 hours. A couple of small cracks in the front passenger seat leather was pointed out one of the crew so as to be careful when they conditioned the leather. After they finished, I really couldn't tell (certainly not by odor) that the leather was worked on AND the cracks were noticeably increased in size and now with one additional small crack. Also, the paint under the door handles had many scuff marks (probably finger nails), over time, from grabbing the handles and were not touched at all. A little rubbing compound and polish would have cleaned that up. There were also some scuffs on the side of each vehicle that were pointed out about two hours into the job that again could have been eliminated but were not. In addition, my rear rubber floor mats were not reinstalled."

"It all went very smoothly and on schedule. Blanco and 2 helpers showed up the first day right on time they quickly moved the furniture and removed the carpets.  They sanded the floors then applied the stain. They let it dry overnight and applied urethan the next morning. They came back that evening and the finish was still not completely dry the weather was unseasonably cold so they waited till the next day to put back the furniture. During the process they were also careful not to contaminate the rest of the house with dust by putting up plastic barriers on all the doorways. There may have been some other steps in between but I was at work most of the day. Blanco was easy and pleasant to work with and did everything he said he would. I would definitely use them again."

"How did it go NOT WELL... First off the value stated was 365.00 for 99.00.. being that my vehicle is a SUV it was an additional 25.00 which is fair.. I also had another service performed and that was polishing the highlights lens and that was additional 50.00.. did it do any good- no..  The vehicle was left with water spots, dirty carpets, and the trunk area completely looked as no one even touch it..

Either the guys didn't have the right tools or solutions but the interior was a mess.. except for one detail.. they did clean my seat which was slightly tinted black as I wear primary black cloths. 

If this was truly a 365.00 dollar value I wouldn't be sitting here having to write a negative report..

I would I use this vendor again- NO

For the 99.00 worth of work I could have gone to my location wash garage and had it taken care of  for about 79.00 and paid for what was rendered.. Not inflating the value to 365.00..

"This was a big deal purchase. It turned out good. I had them do extra work and I am planning to re-hire them to do even more work when I get the money. They did a very good job. I have no complaints and wrote a positive review for them. I would use them again and I plan on using them again. I am planning to convert two other additional rooms to hardwood flooring when I get the money and I hired them to do it. Jay was the person who was my contact, he was, like, the person who gave me the estimate and the follow up. Jay did a very good job. He was always available by phone. The baseboard popped off the wall  and they co came over and fixed it, it was no problem. I was happy. It turned out really nice."
