Richard was genial, extremely knowledgable, thorough and detailed. He used the newest truck mounted system which allowed for maximum cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the work.

My carpet is very old and has borne the abuses of children and pets for years. Albert did a great job working out a plan of attack and explained exactly what he was doing as he went along. He used a powerful truck-mounted system that worked better than the other two services I tried before. Now the carpet has new life!

Albert had a cancellation and called to see if I could do earlier, which I loved. He showed up 2 minutes before he was supposed to, called to let me know he was there. He was personable, professional, and prepared to do his job. He assessed the space and went through the pricing and even told me how to get discounts. He answered all my questions promptly and cleaned the carpet quickly but was thorough. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his work speaks volumes about this company. He deserves a raise.

Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning did a great job a year ago so I called them again. Albert arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and informative. It is so refreshing when people who are providing a service communicate effectively! Albert knew what to do to get the best results. They look good!

These guys were so professional and great. they showed up on time and didn't up try to up sell any services, which is what the last carpet cleaners we used tried to do. The tech, Albert, was super nice and informative, answered all our questions, and was very very thorough. the carpets look and smell great and I think we are finally rid of the odors. Super service and we will definitely use again. fast and on-time.

I'm amazed. Our carpet had several pet stains, because of a very sick little kitty. I called and was able to get an appointment next morning. They arrived early. Albert was super professional and efficient. He inspected the carpet with a UV light to find all the stains, even the ones we didn't notice. Then he gave me an estimate and got started. What a machine! They ran a line through the balcony, and blasted the carpet clean with (I'm told) 250 degrees. Ten minutes later, all the stains are gone, and Albert is cleaning my very dusty old balcony, without my prompting. I couldn't be happier!

Jesse was very informative and caring in his service. He was thoughtful in thinking of ways he could help or make the process any easier for me and did an amazing job on the stains. They are completely gone. Jesse was on time and when I initially called the company to schedule a clean, I was able to be serviced the following day. Am very impressed with the company and Jesse's service and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with a dirty carpet!

It went great. The company got here on time and were very professional in the assessment of our room. The bedroom was located at the rear and they unloaded/loaded their equipment with no problem or guidance from us. We would use their services again as everything went smoothly. The employees also helped us with the discounts for their services.

Albert arrived on time. He was courteous and polite. We did a walk through of the house and he explained how much everything would cost. The whole job took 1.5 hours. He was detailed, organized and thorough. All of the carpet stains were successfully removed. i will definitely use this company again!

Jessy, the technician, was on time, helpful and did a great job.  We will definitely use them again in the future.We had him clean carpeting as well as a large sectional couch.
