 We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. "I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Worker did not mention tear to front seat leather. Worker claimed I owed $25 more. I disputed this but I have researched since and my Lexus RX is considered a mid-sized SUV. I owe them $25."

"The floors look great!  I have used L.A. Hardwood floors many times and Camilo has never disappointed me.  This house was a complete remodel and the old floors were warped from water damage.  We decided to go with the 6" wide planked distressed engineered hardwood flooring.  It really turned out nice.  The guys showed up on time everyday and the job was finished in the amount of time I was quoted.  Highly recommend!"

"It all went very smoothly and on schedule. Blanco and 2 helpers showed up the first day right on time they quickly moved the furniture and removed the carpets.  They sanded the floors then applied the stain. They let it dry overnight and applied urethan the next morning. They came back that evening and the finish was still not completely dry the weather was unseasonably cold so they waited till the next day to put back the furniture. During the process they were also careful not to contaminate the rest of the house with dust by putting up plastic barriers on all the doorways. There may have been some other steps in between but I was at work most of the day. Blanco was easy and pleasant to work with and did everything he said he would. I would definitely use them again."
