Kevin did a great job cleaning the carpets! He took his time, used corner protectors, and also was able to limit the amount of cold air entering the house with a door covering device. All the carpeting in rooms, including the stairs, were thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely use Complete Floor Care in the future.

Kevin was quick to respond, super friendly, had very competitive prices and most important, found time to fit me in when I was in a jam, in spite of his chaotic schedule. I was very happy with the service and used him for years. Kevin takes care the furniture, he make sure everything is well guarded before doing anything, and he's extremely conscientious. He wants to make sure your happy with his work. It's probably 15 years that I'm using his service and I would recommend him to anybody.

Kevin was prompt, pleasant and honest. He did an excellent job on older stained carpets. To his credit, before he started, he also showed me where there were problems with the carpet itself and doubled checked if I still wanted him to clean them. I decided to still have the job done and he did an excellent job!

I asked my carpet supplier who he recommended for cleaning service. Mr. Shutt of Complete Floor Care was recommended, with high expectations. He fulfilled all aspects of the job as promissed. I will invite him again as needed.

Everything went great! Called on Thursday afternoon and left message requesting two carpets cleaned on Friday. He returned my call that evening and answered all my questions and scheduled appointment for Friday. He called me about an hour before coming over to confirm appointment. Upon arrival, he ensured that stairs, Etc were protected and went to work. Cleaning was quick and had amazing results. I will definitely use him again.

Customer service was top notch! Kevin got back to me the same day that I inquired about having this work done, and had an estimate ready for me very quickly. Communication was excellent. We set up an appointment for the work to be done, and he called the night before to confirm. He showed up precisely on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and gave me an estimate on how long it would take. We had moved what we could out of the rooms the night before, but Kevin moved the rest of the items on his own, some of which were quite heavy. Nothing was missed. I felt that Kevin was up-front and honest about what type of a difference I could expect to see in both the grout and the carpet, and I was satisfied with how it looked after the work was done. The carpet, especially, looks fantastic! I felt Kevin's price was fair for the amount of labor involved, and again, his professionalism/customer service is excellent. He called me when he was finishing up, and even sent a message to let me know that a package had been delivered while he was there, and that he had told the delivery person to place it in the garage. I received a follow-up phone call the next morning from Kevin, which again shows that he cares about the quality of his work, and the satisfaction of his customers. This is how business should be done! I plan to contact Kevin at Complete Floor Care again when I decide to have the carpets in our bedrooms cleaned, and I do recommend him to others.

The man who cleaned my carpet owns his business. He was prompt, called often to update me on the date of arrival, and he was personable. He did a excellent job of cleaning both rooms and he was reasonable. I would recommend him to others.

It's so refreshing to find a service provider like Kevin Shutt, who is professional, customer-centric, is passionate about his work and provides the highest quality results! When I scheduled the work, Kevin took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explained the process he would use. He was realistic about the results that we could expect with our 16 year old (lightly worn) carpet. Kevin arrived as scheduled to clean the carpet in our master bedroom, sitting room and two walk-in closets. He used corner guards to protect our walls, which we appreciated. He pretreated the carpet then provided a thorough cleaning, taking his time but working diligently. We were concerned about the amount of water the process would put down, but our carpets were completely dry the next morning and look great. The results exceeded our expectations! We had asked Kevin to also clean 3 large throw rugs, which he did. I was going to replace the rugs, but now they look like new. When I asked Kevin if I could pay him extra to clean one more throw rug, he did so at no extra charge. Complete Carpet Care has definitely earned all our future business!

Complete Floor Care did an incredible job. He came punctually and cleaned diligently. We had discussed some of the problem areas in our house before he came, as we have four children and a cat. The carpet in the family room looked new by the time he had finished! The whole house looked amazingly clean and the tile floor and grout in the kitchen were spotless. I recommend Complete Floor Care wholeheartedly and I will be using their services again in the future.

When I originally called Kevin Shutt a few days prior to the wrinkle removal, I was concerned about the extreme cold weather we were experiencing and was tempted to postpone the cleaning. This is because the power equipment is contained in his truck and is applied to the carpet via a hose. This meant that a doorway would have to partially opened to permit the hose to enter. Naturally, I was concerned about heat loss under these conditions. However, when he arrived he installed an inflatable device at the edge of the door which blocked most of the opening while still permitting the hose to enter. Knowing that there would still be some heat loss, Kevin proceeded to clean the just-repaired carpet in the living room and also the carpet on the stairway as expeditiously as possible while still doing a thorough and excellent job. He was even able to remove a stubborn wear path in the living room that had defied previous efforts to remove it by my wife. Cognizant of the extreme cold and potential heat loss, Kevin did a very quick and thorough job with excellent results.

Kevin was thorough in his explanation of how he would address the stains and was conservative on his estimate of the outcome. Luckily the soiled carpets in three rooms and the stairs were all relatively new (all installed within the last year) and had ScotchGuard on them when we bought them. Kevin was prompt, attentive, professional and the outcome was EXCELLENT. Every stain came out and the carpets look and smell brand new again. We will definitely call Complete Floor Care again when the need arises. THANK YOU.
