"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. "They agreed to work on the weekend as this is an office building. They arrived early Saturday and worked late each day to ensure the job was completed AHEAD of schedule. They sent pictures throughout the day which was nice to see how the job was coming along without interferring with the jobat hand. The floors look good and I'm a happy customer"

"Detailer complained multiple times that I had hired him through Angie's list, and said that he didn't like doing show-level cars. When he asked if there was anything special I wanted him to do, I showed him some dirt on the driver's floor mat and asked him to deal with it. He said, "Oh, that would be an additional $XX (don't recall the actual amount)". I assumed that he was kidding, but he didn't remove the dirt. He spent less than two hours on the car in total, which I think is skimpy for the price he charged. I tipped him $20, and he looked at the money like it smelled bad. He did not thank me for the tip."

"It all went very smoothly and on schedule. Blanco and 2 helpers showed up the first day right on time they quickly moved the furniture and removed the carpets.  They sanded the floors then applied the stain. They let it dry overnight and applied urethan the next morning. They came back that evening and the finish was still not completely dry the weather was unseasonably cold so they waited till the next day to put back the furniture. During the process they were also careful not to contaminate the rest of the house with dust by putting up plastic barriers on all the doorways. There may have been some other steps in between but I was at work most of the day. Blanco was easy and pleasant to work with and did everything he said he would. I would definitely use them again."

"Showed up on time and performed work quickly without any intrusion.  Currently following instructions to not to place anything on the garage floor and so haven't gone in yet to inspect it closely.  It looks great from the outside.  The only negative is extremely strong fumes that last for couple days."
