"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"Shiann is by far the best housecleaner that I have ever had, and I have had many! She arrived on time and cleaned my house truly from top to bottom! She is very detail oriented and even cleaned each and every crystal that she carefully removed from my light fixture, and then carefully reassembled it. She cleaned all of my fixtures in this manner, as well as the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen. Shiann moved furniture that was not too heavy to move so that she could clean under and around the pieces. She also cleaned under my bed. Shiann said that she loves her work, and it shows! .....little disappointed that my small little Forester (which is a lot smaller than most of the regular sedans) was categorized as a "van"; therefore $25.00 more.  In fact, same comment was made by another customer on your Angie's List reviews.  The "vans" after my model (2001) became MUCH larger; that's why I've stayed away from the newer models even though I LOVE subarus!!

As for the "B" in professionalism, that's because they left a small white spot on my driveway after finishing so I asked them to please clean it up before leaving.  They instead said it could "easily" be removed.  My reasoning is that they put it there, so why not remove it?....which they did in LESS THAN A MINUTE  by using their high powered water  blower.  It would have  taken me at least 15 min. to find a suitable  cleanser, scrub off, etc....didn't think that was too professional??!!

As for the  "B" in  price, everyone who saw it said they it was  a beautiful job but  would not pay that much $ to have it done. 

I tend to agree... I  probably won't either!
