Work went very well. Paul was attentive and very easy to work with. He was responsive and arrived on time and on scheduled date. Detailing was performed on a 2017 Mercedes GLC300. His first step was to evaluate condition of vehicle before providing service, which determined how detailing was going to be done. I liked that. Cost was !85.00 which I thought was fair.

Terrific. Paul is 100% professional. Actual job was $5 off of his quote.

Contacted the owner, Paul Burner and set up an appointment. We have used him at least three times before to detail our vehicles. I had inadvertently dulled the exterior finish (both fenders and front apron) with buttons on my shirt while painting the engine compartment. Also there were some blemishes on the hood. Paul and his assistant arrived and went right to work on my El Camino. They detailed the interior, exterior and custom wheels. They used clay bar and an electric power buffer to remove ALL of my stupid mistakes as well as the hood and the remainder of the body. The end result is outstanding! They both worked hard to give my classic vehicle a finish to be proud of. They do excellent work at a very fair price. He charged me $125.00 and I gave him 150.00. Thank you, Paul and assistant, for a top-notch job done once again. I will be entering it in a car show very soon.

Paul and his partner showed up at my house exactly at our agreed upon time, 7:00am. Very professional and started right away. The truck turned out awesome! Even though it was new, Paul explained that some contaminants could get into the paint from sitting on the lot. I noticed right away the difference in how good the paint finish looked. Also Paul is very knowledgeable regarding how to care for your car. Specifically if you have a black car, how often to keep it waxed and what kinds of cloths to use. Three days after the detail my gardener scratched the door! It was semi deep almost a foot long. Called Paul and he said he was booked for almost the next 3 weeks but he offered if I could meet up with him he would try to buff it out. He applied some compound and buffed the area. It looks hardly noticeable now! If you need any vehicle detailed, these guys deliver

Paul and two of his crew showed up 5 minutes early for our scheduled appointment time at 7 AM ready to work. They did an excellent job detailing my husband's daily driver and his garaged Miata. We have a 2 year old and 2 pugs for you to imagine what the car's interior looked like. Paul was responsive to my initial call, knowledgeable and very effective. Both cars looked exceptional! I would recommend him to my friends and certainly would do business with him again. It is wonderful to work with a small business owner like Paul.

I called Paul a few months ago to see if he could detail my coach which I had just bought used. I asked him about the vinyl graphics which were dull and fading. He said there was no issue on the oxidation on the fiberglass and that would clean up but the graphics where a different story. He said although he could clean them up a bit the only way to really fix them was to have them removed and repainted or get new ones. He suggested a couple local places that could do that. I thanked him for his honesty and did check the places he suggested and also a couple others that I found. Needless to say the cost was way more than I wanted to invest in a 10 year old coach. I recently called Paul back and said I would just go with the exterior detail with the buff and polish and see how it came out. We scheduled the job and Paul and Edgar showed up right on time and immediately started to work after he explained the process he was going to do. They were very efficient and went about the job for the next several hours. They kept the work area (my driveway) clean as they worked and cleaned up when they were done. I am very pleased with the job that was done and even the graphics cleaned up much better than I had hoped for. Because the coach had never been detailed Paul suggested that I have them back in 5-6 months and have it polished again to clean up any minor swirls that may remain. I will definitely have them back and would recommend that anyone that has an older coach (or new one for that matter) to give Paul a call. The only regret I have is that I should have just had Paul detail it when I first talked to him.

Always shows up on time and does a great job. He is coming back in 2 weeks to wax the outside of our moron home. My truck finish feels like silk after the waxing!

Prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. It is difficult to get a black car clean and perfectly shiny - and even more difficult to fully remove dog hair from black carpet - and he did BOTH with precicion and attention to detail. My car looks beautiful and the paint feels like glass. Ready to sell! Thank you Paul!!

Absolute Terrible Experience!!! First off, I am a business owner so I fully understand the importance of customer service. Paul however set a new low for my worst experience with a business yet. After initailly not performing the agreed upon service of cleaning water-spots off of my Sea-Doos due to ridiculous excuses that included the Sea-Doos being on the wrong side of the street, it being too hot and that he needed shade, all items that should have been discussed as requirements prior to service. I, giving Paul another shot, wanted to provide Paul with the ideal cleaning environment for this second time around. Therefore, I brought the SeaDoos to my business's parking lot, roping off a section near our waterspout that also provided shade. After taking the entire morning to give Paul his necessary working environment, the guy never showed. He never called, he never texted, he didn't even apologize. Just a defensive text after stating my dissapointment in a voicemail. Highly Recommend to Stay Away!!!

Paul said that it was going to be to much work to clean polish and buff the multi coats of wax on either rig. Lots of excuses really ended up with a expensive truck wash and interior cleaning and wheels cleaned and dressed and some lite waxing on the roof. I went over the area of red paint afterwords with a orbital buffer with cleaner and then wax and the paint shinned up nicely.

Paul gave me a great solution- told me what product to buy and how to apply it to remove the chemicals from my paint job. He also suggested options for what to do next. And it worked! I wanted to hire him to finish with a good detail job, but he admitted that he was too far away to be practical. So he gave me free, knowledgeable advice - more than a local detailer could do looking at the damage in person - and he saved me both money and sleep!

The provider was courteous and was willing to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, it was a bit out of my price range - by no fault of the provider's. Simply too big for a college student's budget.

All three cars looked fantastic, and Paul was very fair with the price.

This review is long over due, but I still felt compelled to write it. In August, I had the unfortunate experience of driving through powdered dry cement (road construction crew error). As a result, my BLACK Jeep was covered with this fine/abrasive compound. After a few detailers, the scratches still could be seen and my Jeep had lost its nice glossy-black look. UNTIL....I discovered Paul and his miracle workers! They showed up early one morning, positive, professional, and ready to perform a miracle. Only a few hours had passed and Paul and his crew pulled it off. My Jeep looked BETTER than it did the day I drove it off the dealer's lot!! Now, I'm a believer in great auto detailers. Paul has earned my business and I plan on having him detail my RV soon!

I didn't notice it at the time because the car was in the shade but once I got the car home I noticed he put massive swirl marks on my black car. After immediately called him and he said he would come out and take a look. He never did so I called him again. When he finally came out he acknowledged the swirl marks but denied that he did them. This was the only time I had had my car detailed so I'm not sure who he thinks did them! Also, when I spoke to him on the phone he said he accepted credit cards but when I went to pay him on the day of the job he said he forgot his credit card machine and I was forced to pay by check or cash. Totally unprofessional.

Paul confirmed my appointment the day before and arrived punctually at 7:00 a.m. as he stated. He brought a helper with him and the two spent approximately 2.5 hours detailing my car. He was very personable and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. The car looks fantastic!

Paul is amazing!!!! He's personable, funny, kind and gracious. On top of all that, he is a expert in what he does, has a high work ethic and takes pride in the end result. I was so impressed with the final presentation of my car. When I touched the roof and hood of the car, it felt like smooth glass. I have had may cars detailed many times in the past but I must say, Paul's skills impressed me the most. I highly recommend his services. He's a keeper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
