Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning

The gentlemen were punctual, very polite, quick to work .  They explained what they were doing and what my expectations could be with some heavily soiled areas on my couch and rug.  I would recommend them and certainly will use them in the future.

We are happy with them! They were very professional and gave us good suggestions on things to do without being pushy. They did a nice job.

It turned out good and everything went very smoothly with them.

It went fine. They came out right around the time of the deal purchase and I wasn't charged anything extra. It wasn't a horrible experience.

Although they were quite tardy to my job, they were definately worth the wait. The carpets in my old apartment looked practically brand new when they were finished. A breautifu job and really nice guys too!

Honestly, the quality of work wasn't the best, but it was a pretty good value for the price. The crew was very nice and professional, and they did a great job of explaining things. I have no complaints about the level of service I received, or the work ethic of the employees that came out, but maybe the equipment or cleaning solution they used led to my carpets being less clean than they usually might be after such a treatment.

Took advantage of a coupon deal to have the carpets cleaned in a recently purchased home.  After purchasing the coupon through Angie's List, I was contacted within a very short period of time by Clean Touch.  I was able to book an appointment with them that worked with my somewhat confining schedule.  I had read remarks from previous customers regarding the company's punctuality but the vast majority of those customers also indicated they were happy with the work and would use them again.  What impressed me was the fact that this particular issue was brought up to me during our initial telephone conversation.  They explained what the problem/s had been and I appreciated their honesty.  Although we ended up changing our appointment time by about an hour, it had nothing to do with punctuality.  They arrived on time.  Throughout the entire process, they were courteous, friendly, respectful of property, informative, and communicative.  I would most definitely use them again.

They came and cleaned the living room, hallway, and two bedrooms.  They were in and out and did a great job.

We were a little pushed for time, as we had relatives coming to spend a week with us. We had used these guys before and called and explained the situation. We had people coming in on the 18th and need our dining room and my office carpets cleaned as soon as possible. They arrived promptly on time on the morning of the 17th. Went right to work. Did their usual excellent job (my office carpet looked like new where before it looked terrible). For the second time we were tremendously pleased with their work. The carpets were all dry and I had all the furniture back in place just in time. It was wonderful. Our house looked beautiful and the carpet cleaning was the finishing touch after all the other work we had to do to get our house looking great. They only charged us $75 to do the work so I gave them a nice tip because I plan on using them from now on.
Really, I am not kidding, you will not be disappointed in the work or the people that make up Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning.
We have our house and two rental houses and this company is the only one we will ever use now and in the future for all of them.

They were late to the appointment by a few hours though they did call to indicate that they would be late.  Three guys arrived and they did the cleaning out of their truck (with the hoses going through the balcony into the rooms that needed cleaning).  They were very efficient and did the job quickly and well.  We didn't have any particularly bad stains but the carpet did end up clean after.  I bought the Angie's List big deal so it was $75 for the whole thing.

They did a good job but were unable to get every little bit of the grout cleaned. Even so we were happy with the results as they were alble to clean over 98% of the grout If we do this again we may try someone else to see if its possible to get all of the grout cleaned.

I am not sure of the exact date of servuce but although it seemed like a good deal at the time but turned into a very long disappointing experience, Requested a carpet cleaning on a certain date but that day did not work for the provider? what? so i scheduled on a day he suggested that he would be in my area... ok. the day of service, one delay after another, my 1pm start turned into a 6pm cleaning because he underestimated the time required on the job before mine. I have no idea how or why this is my fault, when you say you are going to be someplace at a certain time, be there. period. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed as I expected another level of service from Angies List but that just did not happen. The carpet cleaning service was fine but not spectacular for $75 for a very small living room and a walkway. $40 should of covered it. Not happy.

The cleaning was done well, but it took a long time for the guys to respond to my request for service. They claimed that they didn't receive my email message. I thought they did a good job and would hire them again.

Appointment was scheduled for 3:00-5:00PM on Saturday evening and they phoned to let me know they were running late. They showed up before 6:00 and apologized for their tardiness. Their special was 2 rooms and a hallway for $75 and I only had a living room so the price was non-negotiable. I am shopping for a new sofa and they were very generous in removing the old one to the alley. The carpet has maybe one more year before it will need to be replaced and they were upfront that they could not get all the wear but managed to get out the spots and dark patches. Overall I was pleased with the service and the workers were genuinely courteous and helpful. I would use them again and recommend their work but I feel they could negotiate their price and work on punctuality.

They were very professional, nice gentlemen, who knew their business well. They spot treated and even gave some recommendations on keeping this type of carpet clean in the future. They did not try to up-sell. They did reschedule me from my original appointment date/time, but it worked fine for me. I would use them again.

Clean Touch was responsive and flexible in scheduling an appointment in our new home and did a great job overall. They  came to our new (somewhat remote) house off of PCH while we were in the middle of a move/not even in the house, and cleaned/sanitized carpet in 3 of our rooms. They did a good job overall and was super flexible/responsive, which I came to really appreciate while busy in the middle of a crazy move. I feel much better having our toddler play around on the carpet on our new house - Would definitely recommend.

The two gentlemen who provided the carpet cleaning service were extremely professional, friendly and completed the job done quickly with no hassles.  I rated lower on punctuality just because the traffic really got the better of them--but that is the norm in Southern California.  I would absolutely hire them again.
