"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"Do yourself a favor and do not call this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The technician did not tell the office that he order a part for our dryer, so we had to follow up. It turns out, he did not order the part, so we had to wait an extra week with no dryer. The people who answer the phones are completely incompetent and could not answer basic questions about what next steps were or when or if the part had been ordered. We had to initiate every interaction with them. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL !!!"

"We returned from vacation to find pools of water in the front yard caused by a major leak(s) in the water line encased in the attached garage slab. Angie responded right away with plumbing recommendations. We ultimately chose Major League Plumbing who came out the same day and made the assessment. Our house structure allowed them to bypass the leak(s) by rerouting the pipes to the first and second floors in one day thus saving us a ton of money in time, materials, and labor. Michael, the owner, was extremely pleasant and efficient. We certainly appreciate his creative solution and would definitely recommend the company and use them again for our plumbing needs."

"With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."
