Steve with Maverick Water Heaters came out to my home several times to try and repair my very old (obsolete) tankless water heater. He was very friendly and professional and did everything possible to try and repair the heater before recommending a replacement. Once it was determined that a new heater was needed, he ordered it and then came to my home immediately to do the installation once the heater was available. He completed the job in a timely manner and we were very happy with his service.

We had 5 different quotes about replacing our water heater when it suddenly died on us and not only was Maverick Water Heaters one of the fairer prices, the service was amazing! We got a fairly accurate quote over the phone, he told me all of the fees up front, he sent me a detailed estimate via text right away, and was able to come the next day. Installation and removal was done easily in a couple hours and I just felt comfortable the whole time he was in the house. My husband got all his questions answered and even learned how to flush out the water heater. I would totally recommend him and actually already have to a friend!

Talked to Steve on Friday, he got an estimate to me that morning, followed up with a call at noon, I told him the estimate was acceptable and we agreed he would start the project at 9a.m. the next day. Saturday @ 9a.m. Steve was there and started to work on a tankless installation in an area under the house with difficult access. 7 hours later the old water tank was gone, the new Rannai tankless system was producing hot water and everything was working perfectly. What else do you need to know.? Steve is punctual, knowledgable , efficient, and trustworthy.

Steve is a great guy. Same day service which is important when tenant needs it done ASAP. Afterwards even came to my home to look at my plumbing since Iâ m interested in a water filtration system. Very knowledgeable and genuinely seems to care about the customers need. Would be more then happy to use him in the future.
