"Dear [Member Name Removed], We have thoroughly reviewed your feedback and wish to address your concerns clearly. When you raised these allegations, you communicated with us through calls, emails, and texts, and we responded promptly and transparently. However, when we requested access to verify your claims at the property, you denied us entry and refused to allow our presence during third-party inspections, despite our right to be there. You verbally stated that if we attempted to attend, you would call ICE and the police on our crew, with emphasis on involving immigration authorities. Similar threats were also made to the air-conditioning crew you hired, who completed their work and installation but have not been paid. We must address this serious issue: THREATS TO CALL ICE (IMMIGRATION) AND ENGAGING IN RACIAL PROFILING ARE UNACCEPTABLE. Such actions are not only inappropriate but also legally and ethically wrong. Regarding foundation and structural concerns, the architectural and engineering team you hired inspected and approved the work. Their approval confirmed that the work met the standards outlined in their plans, which were also approved by the building department and city inspectors. We contacted your team, provided all documentation, and they confirmed our work was completed properly. Concerning the foundation repair bids you sent, your own team reviewed them and found them unrealistic. This suggests a misunderstanding of actual scope and costs. We also noted similarities with prior requests where you asked us to generate inflated figures to secure loans—requests we refused as illegal and unethical. Our contractual obligations were limited to the approved plans. We completed the work as specified; issues beyond this scope were not our responsibility. It is inaccurate to suggest we hide behind a P.O. Box. Our full address is clearly stated in the contract you signed. Such misrepresentations are concerning and do not reflect the transparent [Member Information Removed] we operate. We also recall your request that we alter statements to help you secure a construction loan. We refused, but you assured us of family funding, so we proceeded. In hindsight, this was unwise. Regarding unlicensed workers, you independently hired an unlicensed air-conditioning team and asked us to help permit their work, which we declined. That crew has since contacted us about nonpayment. We advised them, without offering legal advice, that they may pursue their rights through the labor board. For legal context, California Civil Code Section 45 defines defamation as a false statement harming reputation, and Civil Code Section 1708.8 protects individuals from unauthorized disclosure of private facts, including use of full names in public reviews. Additionally, you hired Service Pro for cleanup ($8,000–$10,000) and asked us to cover the cost. Service Pro is reputable, yet you posted negative reviews of them, which mirrors the same refusal to pay seen with both them and us. This pattern is visible to anyone who reviews their record alongside your conduct. We are committed to protecting our reputation against false claims but remain open to resolving these issues. Please contact us directly to discuss any outstanding concerns. Sincerely, 360FSC"
