Required a third visit to stop leak remaining from first visit Caulking of drop in sink was determined on third visit to be redone. service man said he would return next business day but he never did. I was subsequently ill and have not proactively contacted their office.

Rapidly diagnosed, part ordered, part arrived, part installed, family happy. Plumber was there twice, once to inspect,  a few days later to install, arrived promptly at the agreed time.
I would use Whistle Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

The technician arrived on time and quickly went to work.  He warned that there was a possibility that snaking wouldn't work and that further work might be necessary.  The drain only ended up having to be snaked, but he said he couldn't give a warranty for the work because our pipes were too old and rusted (galvanized pipe).  In the end, he gave me a quote to have the drain pipe replaced and said that the work done today would be credited to the quote if we decided to use them for the replacement work.  Overall, a great experience.  The gentleman was professional, fast, and honest.
