"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. "You always wonder if specialists in household repairs are honest, but you just don't know.  You have to trust that they are and that they are giving you the most efficient, cost effective solution (kind of like cars).
Well that is Carini Heating and Air Conditioning - honest and trustworthy.  Our air conditioner was broken during the hottest time this summer in San Diego.  Thank goodness I got 3 estimates, and Angie's List led us to Carini.  The other 2 companies were going to charge us a brand new unit, stating that the unit was completely shot.  The prices ranged from $5200 - $6100!
The Salesman for Carini, Will Fredette, came by for his assessment.  Yes, he was a sales guy!  He took one look at it, for no longer than 10 minutes and said, this unit isn't completely broken it just needs to be repaired.  Then came in Anthony, the Carini repair guy.  He was so cordial and I was very comfortable with him.  He called me stating that he was running a few minutes late (yes, only a few minutes).  And then within 2 hours he had our unit up and running. 
We thank both Will and Anthony and Carini for holding such high standards, honesty and integrity.  We have told everybody we can about Carini!
