They took away old dried up grass, re-leveled the area, installed a mesh under the grass to prevent more gophers from making holes, and installed new Marathon. It looks great! Joe and his team were very professional, and completed the work in the time they said they would. Joe cares a lot regarding the quality of the job and has excellent communication. He is both knowledgeable and friendly. When they came in we were still ruffled from a prior difficult experience with a hardscape company, and Joe and his team helped put us to ease. "My interaction with them was fine, but I didn't care for his methodology. I have a very small front-yard which needs to torn-up and re-landscaped. We've been in this house for 42 years and it was as it had been, except for the removal of some trees. He just wouldn't do anything before he drew up a plan. I wasn't quite sure what it was my daughter wanted to do at the time so I didn't use him for the turf either. He explained the process quite well and I gave her the information to let her decide what she wanted because I would only partially pay for it. I do think he did an outstanding job of explaining the methodology and had that been what I was in the market for here, I think I would have been quite pleased. But, I decided it was a little outrageous for the back-yard, cost-wise, and I wanted some color out front besides green."
