"The tree service was the best service since I moved into my home in 1978. Work was on time, very well done, and very good clean up."

"The crew showed up on time, did a great job in removing the trees, and cleaned up well after the job was done. The problem was that we have artificial turf (plastic). Even though we told the crew not to set their hot chain saws on the turf because it would melt, they melted five spots in the turf. This resulted in a $350 repair to replace the damaged turf. (It would have been more, but we had enough scraps left from the install to cover the damaged areas.) We deducted $350 from the bill charged for the tree removal. We would hire them again because they did a great job at removing the trees, and the other trees we have are a long distance from the artificial turf."

"The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The tree was safely felled away from the house and then chopped up using chain saws. The stump was ground down below the ground, so it is no longer visible. The branches and trunk were completely removed from my yard. The area was completely cleaned so someone could not even tell that a tree had been there. I would definitely hire them again. "The five fellows arrived on time and worked throughout their stay on the property. The primary objective was to trim a eucalyptus tree which was too close to our house. They cut the top 35 feet off and left the area around the tree much cleaner than it was when they arrived. The they trimmed four Queen Ann palms. In every way they were professional and totally competent. I fully endorse this form for similar tree service."

I was very pleased with the professionalism.  I received a call to schedule an estimate shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They had no problem waiting to perform the actual service until after I had taken my Christmas lights down off the trees and shrubs.  Shawn was very knowledgeable about the different trees I have in my yard and was able to identify them by sight even without the leaves on them.  Very thorough walk-through to determine what needed to be done to each tree. 

When the time came for the service, they arrived when they said they would and got right to work.  Everyone was wearing safety gear.  They checked in with me throughout the time they were here to let me know how things were going and did a walk-through at the end to make sure I was happy, which I was.  They were happy to take off a couple of branches which they had left on pending my walk-through because it's easy to take it off, not so much to put it back on if I had not wanted it removed!
