"The crew showed up on time, did a great job in removing the trees, and cleaned up well after the job was done. The problem was that we have artificial turf (plastic). Even though we told the crew not to set their hot chain saws on the turf because it would melt, they melted five spots in the turf. This resulted in a $350 repair to replace the damaged turf. (It would have been more, but we had enough scraps left from the install to cover the damaged areas.) We deducted $350 from the bill charged for the tree removal. We would hire them again because they did a great job at removing the trees, and the other trees we have are a long distance from the artificial turf."

The stump was ground down below the ground, so it is no longer visible. The branches and trunk were completely removed from my yard. The area was completely cleaned so someone could not even tell that a tree had been there. I would definitely hire them again. They cut the top 35 feet off and left the area around the tree much cleaner than it was when they arrived. The they trimmed four Queen Ann palms.
