When I spoke to Troy, I was pretty frustrated by being misled by other companies. He came in with transparent pricing and was direct and easy to work with. He was professional and explained how the door repair should go. When he was in today, he helped me out further by also repairing the damage done by another company and charged me a very modest rate. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends, family, and any other customers who have been messed around. I’m grateful that Troy was able to restore some of my faith in Angie. When I first submitted my request to Angie I received quick responses from a handful of different companies. The company I ended up having in, pushed hard to upsell me and gouge me on pricing. I was really frustrated because it looked like they were damaging my pulley’s and other parts to force me to pay them a lot of money. I didn’t feel like they knew how to do the job properly and was only there to take my money!! Thank you Troy for being different!!

This guy came out on time. Courteous and professional while giving me an estimate for a garage door I need built. He also for free. Helped me out with a gate problem that I had had that. Another company was trying to charge me $700. For this guy is amazing very highly recommended.
