"I recently used Bruno Ferazza Tree Service to remove a tree and clean up a couple of others on my property, and I am extremely happy with the service provided. The crew arrived promptly and were courteous and professional throughout the job. They took great care to ensure that my property was protected from any damage during the tree removal process. They also cleaned up thoroughly, leaving my property looking better than before they arrived. I was very impressed with the expertise of the crew. They had the necessary equipment and knowledge to safely remove the tree, which was located near a fence and public street. "The crew showed up on time, did a great job in removing the trees, and cleaned up well after the job was done. The problem was that we have artificial turf (plastic). Even though we told the crew not to set their hot chain saws on the turf because it would melt, they melted five spots in the turf. This resulted in a $350 repair to replace the damaged turf. (It would have been more, but we had enough scraps left from the install to cover the damaged areas.) We deducted $350 from the bill charged for the tree removal. We would hire them again because they did a great job at removing the trees, and the other trees we have are a long distance from the artificial turf."
