I used LD Tree Care for removing a tree and trimming mistletoe from another one. They did a fine job, but broke several pots, broke a chair, and left many large branches in the yard. They asked me to send a picture of the broken chair, so I did, but they never replied. I subsequently asked them for a bid on another tree. Without even sending a bid, they replied to me that they had applied for a permit from the city. I told them not to do that. That I had not authorized that. They did not reply. They eventually send a bid that was almost twice the price of another firm. When the other firm tried to get a permit, they were informed that LD Tree Care had already applied for one, and the city would not accept a new one. This was completely unauthorized. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, they could have withdrawn the application. I called them and texted them and they never responded. This is not a trustworthy company.

The crew of four plus William the manager were on the job at 8AM, the scheduled time. They removed a 50 foot redwood from my front yard plus overhanging limbs from neighboring trees, cleaned leaves from the house roof and stump ground the redwood base. I would highly recommend DL Tree Care. They left the yard so very clean that you would not know that a very big tree had been removed.

The five fellows arrived on time and worked throughout their stay on the property. The primary objective was to trim a eucalyptus tree which was too close to our house. They cut the top 35 feet off and left the area around the tree much cleaner than it was when they arrived. The they trimmed four Queen Ann palms. In every way they were professional and totally competent. I fully endorse this form for similar tree service.

Excellent and fast. Would highly recommend William and his team. They came to my rescue after a really big storm. 13 redwoods that needed attention. There was a huge mess including two almost dead trees that had to go. They trimmed my fruit trees and they knocked everything out in a day. Saved my peace of mind, and I will call them first if I need help with my park of a property! 10/10 the best hire ever!

William and his crew arrived on time and efficiently removed three palm trees and one cherry laurel tree and cut back a tall cherry laurel hedge. They were careful and cleaned up the debris and our yard and the neighbors yard. The price was better than the other bids and I don’t think that they could have done a better job. I would definitely hire them again.

Can't go wrong with LD Tree Care! I called for an estimate and William came that day, they did the work 2 days later and they did an unbelievable job for a very good price. I got 1 big tree removed and 3 trimmed- they managed to dig up the superficial roots and haul everything away. Highly recommend

William from LD tree care responded to a request for a quote to take down a birch tree in late November. He was quick to respond, quoted a great price, provided great follow-up, and was ready with a crew when we called him for the job 3 months later. LD Tree care did a FANTASTIC job, even cleaning up all leaves, wood chips, etc. I HIGHLY recommend LD Tree care!!
