"My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 2pm.. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They were very professional and courteous."

"They were AWESOME. Same day service and quickly diagnosed the issue (blown transformer, since my furnace does not have a fuse). The guys were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing and why, and couldn't have been nicer. They finished the job quickly, and even installed the NEST which I had done wrong the first time, hence the need to call them. :-P"

"Joe was punctual, polite, and very helpful. He took a little while to diagnose the problem with the heating unit, but once he figured it out he had the part ready and the installation underway (he first told us what the part would cost and asked permission to go ahead with the repair- which I appreciated). He tested the unit when he was done to make sure it was the right fix, which it was. Then we asked if he could also look at the air conditioning unit while he was here, since it stopped working at the end of last summer. He took some more time to fix that one, which was even harder to diagnose. But, he kept testing until he found the problem, and in the end we had 2 operable units that will save us from another service call in the busy summer season. It was worth the money.
