I recently had them install a new HVAC system in my elderly father's condo, and I was very impressed with their work. The system hadn't been turned on in decades, so it was in pretty bad shape. "It went well. He was on time. He didn't find anything wrong with my system. He said the amount of freon in the system was just right--not too much and not too little. I liked that almost no freon appeared to leak out when he connected his equipment to test the level. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He gave me an estimate for the cost of installing a new system. I think he hoped I would buy a new system, but I did not do so. I would buy a new system if I could convince myself that the  electricity savings would pay for the system within a reasonable number of years.
