"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. "As a busy mum with a husband away in Iraq, I do not want to smell any "funny electrical" smell in the house!  My eldest son said it was the a/c fuse box.  Carini to the rescue.  Whoever put in the unit before we moved in had messed up the fuses etc. but Carini quickly calmed our fears of fire and put things in apple pie order.  I particularily liked that the technician was patient with so many kids around, all interested in what he was doing.  He remained professional while making them feel "part of the job."  Super polite, he showed us what he was doing and why each step of the way.  Equally nice was that the owner of Carini rang us the next day to make sure everything was going as it should.  Amazing company!"
