He also pointed out the potential for a leak in the toilet tank due to corroding rubber seals--and talked me through replacing the parts as he was working on the shower repair. His bill covered the cost of the job he was doing; he didn't pad it with a charge for "professional advice rendered". He was pleasant, kind, courteous, thorough.
