They wore masks and offered to cover their shoes with 'booties' They diagnosed the problems and replaced 3 hose bibs and a garbage disposal.While fixing the older toilet they noted that the bolts connecting the tank to the bowl were leaking so they replaced the toilet. The batroom faucett handle was difficult to turn so Jared diagnosed the problem; the faucett needed new cartridges. "It went very well. My husband and I made the mistake of providing the wrong faucets to him for the wrong bathroom. However, he took it with a grain of salt and willingly said that it was no problem and he would install the right faucets which he did. It did cost us more money but it was worth it. He did an excellent job of installing the faucets and left the bathrooms in a clean and orderly condition. He was very pleasant and cordial during his time here. I would highly recommend him to anyone and we would definitely call him for future plumbing issues.
