"The day the work began he arrived promptly.  I asked Gordon the day before the work was to begin if I should cover my bedroom furniture and belongings with plastic and was told no there wouldn't be much in the way of dust or debris for this small of an area.  I was not able to go in my room for a week as I have asthma and everything was completely covered in concrete dust.  
     I asked for a breakdown of the cost for this repair because the insurance company said they received an estimate of  more than twice the original estimate.  I did not receive a breakdown just a total which I was told the insurance would be covering.  The job lasted a week and is now completed. Gordon did provide a cleaning lady for the clean up which was excellent.
      The total cost was more than three times the original estimate.  The amount of work remained the same with the exception of two leaks in one pipe two feet apart rather than the one leak.  My out of pocket expense ended up being $1000. 
      Gordon did not honor the 5% discount he said he could only give me $50 off.
