"Our toilet needed a new flapper and trip lever. Now I haven't needed a plumber here in many years, so I admit I was a bit surprised by the cost. That said, I'm sure it was a competitive price. The real value to me was that my leaking toilet no longer leaks, the job was done quickly, Cameron was very courteous and professional, and he left no mess behind. I would recommend this company."

"I called Top Notch plumbing in the afternoon and the following morning at 8:00AM, they were at my door and ready to work. My immediate reaction was their friendly introduction and then an explanation of what work would be required to correct our plumbing problems. I was very aware of exactly what was required to fix the toilets. There were no surprises. The overall approach by Top Notch was very professional, nice "chit-chat" during the work and a bill that matched exactly the work completed. I regard Top Notch as a highly dependable plumbing service, fairly priced, knowledgeable trouble shooting and would be welcome in my home anytime. "Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits.
