"Nile Schmidt is a true professional. I had him paint the outside and inside of a rehab I purchased in late 2008. Almost 1 decade later and the paint job has held up very, very well as I had a contractor over recently who thought the work had been done in the last 2 years (prompting me to write this review). Very helpful in choosing paint for bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Patched and repairs any holes or cracks in walls before painting begins. Works clean. and methodical throughout the day. Removes blinds, doors, wall plates...or anything else on walls. Reinstalls. Covers everything that needs to be covered. Never leaves a mess behind after the paint day is over. I trusted him and was able to leave him alone in my home while I had errands to run. Honest to a fault. If you can call painting a vocation. They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. He does outstanding work with an eye for detail and no cutting corners. He kept excellent communication throughout the entire job.
