David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

They even worked the weekend to complete the job before the next rainstorm! They were very pleasant and courteous, and were thorough and meticulous throughout. They cleaned up and neatly stored tools and materials at the end of each day. As a retired construction superintendent, I was pleased with their attention to detail! When I asked about roof vents and flashings, they freshened up the paint at no additional cost - even though it was never discussed prior to start. One thing to be aware of; even though sanding and patching of wood trim was included in the original quote,apparently stucco patching was not included since the extent could not be determined until water-blasting was done.
