"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. Tell them to send Daniel Westereng and he will do a fantastic job!"

"John was very responsive. I called in the middle of the day, he listened to the issue I was having, and he sent his tech, Victor, to my home that same day. Victor was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable. He needed to replace the components inside my toilet tank and fix the shut-off valve to the toilet. "On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE.
