Not only does the paint job look wonderful, but they also took great care to not trample my many plants that were close to the house, and not let my two dogs escape during the entire 8 day process. I am beyond impressed with Jim White's service. Yes, he did a fantastic job painting my father's home but the SERVICE EXTRAS are what sets this business apart from the average painter.

1. He never took a dime for his work in advance. He insisted he be paid ONLY after the job was done.

2. The contract was for the house and garage. Period. Jim's crew also painted the wrought-iron fence across the driveway, the fireplace, the free-standing mailbox, and the white wooden fence that bordered the front lawn. Excuse me??? Who does something like that for NO EXTRA MONEY???

3. A crew of 6 men arrived bright and early and were completely finished by 5pm the same day. In our neighborhood houses take 3-5 days to be painted.

4. Nothing sloppy left behind. No spatter, drips or spills.

5. Jim came by the next day to see if my father was satisfied.

Had just landscaped...they protected all the plants and patio deck. Absolutely no complaints on workmanship, very courteous. Had minor issue...quickly resolved. Job was quickly scheduled and completed. They approach painting like a production effort: quickly schedule it & completed the job with large crew (so completed quickly). "Pérez Painting and More did a great job painting my house, removing the carpet, adding new floors, and cleaning. They also did exterior painting to my house and handyman work such as installing new door seals, curtain rods, fire alarms, pluming, electricity, and welding. As well as fixed cabinets in the kitchen. Jorge, Sergio and their crew worked very hard and did a very clean job. They finished the work during the time stamp asked for and worked very quickly. Hillary their secretary always answered very quickly and always assisted to more additions that I needed. They were so helpful, and the price was great as well. Most importantly, they are hornist! I got estimated amount of floor material that I needed from some other floor guy. After they installed my floor, they left many boxes, they told me exactly how many boxes were left and helped me return to the floor material company. I really recommend them as they will leave you very satisfied and happy with their work."
