Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. "Jose and his crew did an excellent job and always conducted themselves like gentlemen. Jose was very patient and helpful in making the color choices for the paint and stain. I have container plants around the house. They took pictures of how they were arranged. They moved them away from the house before starting and put them back where they originally were when they were finished. They tidied up at the end of each day. They thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed, leaving nothing behind. Jose and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with their work."

"They did an excellent job of painting the interior of the house, including covering the old and new patched areas with texture, creating a beautiful interior walls. They also painted the decking of the balconies and the railing. The interior looks like a new home. They did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"I got three bids and James's was the middle price. He arrived quickly to give me a quote, scheduled immediately a few days later when I made up my mind. His crew arrived very punctually (too early for my neighbors, but that's another story). I was amazed at how quickly they did the prep and painting - quoted me four days, painting only took two days (power wash was day before), with some touchups/finishes on day 3. And they did a great job! I had a couple quirky things that they easily folded into the job. The crew were all professional and courteous. There was small amount of painting on the ground at the base of the house (as I expected), but none on the patios/deck. They bent one screen in the process and when I pointed it out, they immediately got it replaced! They were fairly careful with the plants around the house as well. Also, I texted James a few times with various questions or requests, and he was very responsive and helpful. I really liked working with them and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future."

"I highly recommend this painting company.  We have had our house painted several times in the last 22 years and Dream Painting was by far the superior service.  Professional from start to finish. On time each morning, cleanup each evening. My biggest concern was the thoroughness of the prep work.  An older home has many imperfections.  The thoroughness of the preparation of all the different types of surfaces was amazing,  more than we would have imagined.  Power washing was completed and clear plastic was used to cover and protect all unpainted areas including concrete walkways, decking, pool and even my neighbor's car.  Bare wood, that had been recently installed during the installation of the new roof,  was primered and stucco repair was done with a concrete mix where even the smallest hairline crack was addressed. The house was completely painted by day three with the crew returning on day four (a Saturday) to paint a downspout that had been missed.  Even now, I cannot find any evidence of overspray.  After completion, all we had to do was reinstall the screens. No cleanup required.

"Painted two story house and 2 pergolas, installed garage side door. Excellent workmanship. Price well worth the quality and professionalism. Had just landscaped...they protected all the plants and patio deck. Absolutely no complaints on workmanship, very courteous. Had minor issue...quickly resolved. Job was quickly scheduled and completed. They approach painting like a production effort: quickly schedule it & completed the job with large crew (so completed quickly). "Jon and his crew did excellent work.  They were here before 8AM on all but the last day, including Saturday. The house needed extensive care, as it had not been painted since I moved in 14 years ago. I had had some repair work done on the house by other contractors  (carpentry and stucco) so it was mostly ready for paint prep work and painting when the  Anytime crew arrived. It took them 6 days, ending on 8/5/2014,, though the last day was only a half day as all they had left to do on that day was the deck floor and some minor touch-up. I chose the colors, and had a hard time deciding on the paint between Behr and Dunn-Edwards.  Jon recommended the latter. I paid separately for the paint but Jon ordered it and had it delivered (a contractor can get a MUCH better price than an individual can). The price shown here was for everything, including labor and paint. And this involved, in most areas, either primer and paint or two coats of paint. I chose colors very close to what was already on the house. 
The only issue was that the crew didn't speak much English.  Jon did, but was only here briefly each day. But that produced no serious problems--I e-mailed Jon a few times when he was not here and he took care of my concerns and recommendations. I'd use them again (and probably will).
