"He did a great job. It was about $9000. $4000 for a fence he built. He did a great job on fence building. It was a wooden fence. And he also did reconstructive work. I think he was high but he did a great job and he did everything right away so I appreciated that he did everything a good handyman should do. Yes, unless I could find someone else just like him who would do it for less. I would recommend him but I would also say I compared prices and this is what I think is a fair value and if he didn't want to do that he'd say no or he'd say okay. I didn't do that. I just paid him what he asked and I was glad for it because he was right there."
