The old carpet was recently removed so Leandro could Sand, Fill any gaps, put on sealer coats, Buff, & put on two additional coats of finish. You arrived on time. Leandro is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN! He is a seasoned professional. I can't say enough. He removed old carpet, repaired & refinished my pine sub-flooring, which was in bad shape & made it beautiful. He hunted down old pine boards, planed them & installed them & made other necessary repairs, then he installed quarter round. It looks incredible,

Came and did what was needed to repair floor that someone else screwed up. Now waiting for him to come back to sand and refinish older original hard wood floor. When out of his way to change date to my requests to come sooner. Very nice trustworthy man. He came back sanded and refinished an original older white oak hardwood floor. 3 coats of varnish. It never looked so good!!! Beautiful floor. Love it. Great job. Knows what he is doing. Real professional and very nice too.

Did an amazing job recovering original 90 year old wood floors that had been covered with carpet for decades and had damage from animal urine. Worked hard, kept things tidy, on time, reasonable prices. We had guests coming and he also worked within our timetable. Would absolutely hire again.

Arrived early, worked hard, did a wonderful job on our recently uncovered 90 year old oak floors. Brought back areas that had 90 years of pet stains! Also rebuilt damaged areas of floor and found matching millwork. Will definitely use again on remaining floor still under carpet.

I really enjoyed working with Leandro. He is friendly, professional and punctual. Leandro cares about his work and his clients. He took the time to explain and literally show me why a skirt on my stairs would not work because my walls were not uniformly smooth. He removed the carpet on my stairs and upstairs hallway and installed new hardwood flooring. He made the treads on my stairs so they are awesome solid treads. The stairs, upstairs hallway and baseboards that he installed look great and go with my existing floors. Leandro is meticulous with his work and was sure to clean up the work area before leaving for the day. The way my townhouse was built (1980's construction) threw him a couple of curve balls (ok a few curve balls), but he just rolled with it and made it work. Now that's a master of his craft.

Leandro is a master woodworker. He is extremely honest and concerned about your floors. His pricing was up front with no surprises. In fact he actually brought our old floors back to life for $1500 less than quoted. The floors were about 100 years old, badly damaged by pet stains and needed several areas replaced. The final product is better than new I think.

Leandro gave an accurate quote, was flexible with scheduling, worked around my small, curious children, and delivered two bedrooms with beautifully refinished, old hardwood floors. We look forward to hiring him again for anything we could ever need regarding hardwood floors!

He’s amazing! My home had solid hard wood flooring from the 1950s that had been buried under carpet for 30 years. He brought it back to life!!! The floors came out absolutely amazing. He always showed up on time and finished everything within the time frame he said he would! I also respected his honesty. I had wanted to possibly put hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom but he strongly advised against it (for good reason). Every other person I talked to was like ya ok cool cause they just saw more money. Super happy we hired Leandro!!

I hired Leandro to sand and refinish the 73 year old red oak & white oak hardwood floors in our Altadena home not too long ago. He is amazing and did an incredible job. I would characterize him as a true craftsman who is really hard-working and seems to enjoy what he does. He literally transformed our floors from dull & damaged to gorgeous - they look better than brand new. He helped me select the color, and he is super nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this fine young man.

Leandro did excellent work on our home. I have reccomended him to others. He works solo. He is friendly and says that the problem with having others work with him is that he does not like to be watching over the work of others. This may be only on smaller jobs, I do not know for sure. He is friendly and easy to speak with.
