There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. "I hired H2R to apply Coolwall Systems coating to the exterior of my house, and am very happy with the price, process and results. The crew worked every day until completion. They even worked the weekend to complete the job before the next rainstorm! They were very pleasant and courteous, and were thorough and meticulous throughout. They cleaned up and neatly stored tools and materials at the end of each day. As a retired construction superintendent, I was pleased with their attention to detail! When I asked about roof vents and flashings, they freshened up the paint at no additional cost - even though it was never discussed prior to start. One thing to be aware of; even though sanding and patching of wood trim was included in the original quote,apparently stucco patching was not included since the extent could not be determined until water-blasting was done.
