Half the time was spent on patching, sending, prepping, power washing, vine removal which no prior company has done to this extent and this well over the last 15 years. The difference matters. Previously we have had an invasion of an army of half-trained folks completing the job in 5 days, sometimes covering entire vines on the side of the house with paint without removing them. One thing to be aware of; even though sanding and patching of wood trim was included in the original quote,apparently stucco patching was not included since the extent could not be determined until water-blasting was done.
