"House Painting Inc painted our 2-story house in 8 days. They did a flawless job, great workmanship, always on time. Half the time was spent on patching, sending, prepping, power washing, vine removal which no prior company has done to this extent and this well over the last 15 years. The difference matters. Previously we have had an invasion of an army of half-trained folks completing the job in 5 days, sometimes covering entire vines on the side of the house with paint without removing them. "They did an excellent job of painting the interior of the house, including covering the old and new patched areas with texture, creating a beautiful interior walls. They also painted the decking of the balconies and the railing. The interior looks like a new home. They did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"It went extremely well. Mr. White gave me a great price. He came by the next day after agreeing on price and start date and power washed the entire house. Looked for repairs that may be needed as well. Told me his crew would be here the following morning at 7:00am they were here about 6:45 am. They started working quickly and efficiently at sanding, filling stucco, checking for things that needed attention. Then began the actual painting around 11:00am. They prepped by covering my neighbors vehicles a fence as well to ensure that there wasn't any paint flying away anywhere. Paid very close attention to detail. They finished late afternoon and cleaned up behind themselves. Left me extra paint as well. There is a four year warranty on the job too! Mr. White helped me with the decision of exactly what paints I wanted and they blend very well. I chose a nice gray with black trim and went big and had my doors painted a fire engine red! Saw a few things I wanted touched up when he was by on Friday for payment and he sent someone out that very day to take care of. The house was painted on a Wednesday. I would have figured that a contractor would have been waiting at my door on Wednesday afternoon for payment. He gave me plenty of time to walk around look at and make comment. Was an extremely easy experience. The entire crew was courteous and worked very hard all day!"

They did lose half a star because there were a couple places where they could have done a better job on the prep work (sanding and repair). I would definitely recommend them to a friend and I have. "I hired H2R to apply Coolwall Systems coating to the exterior of my house, and am very happy with the price, process and results. The crew worked every day until completion. They even worked the weekend to complete the job before the next rainstorm! They were very pleasant and courteous, and were thorough and meticulous throughout. They cleaned up and neatly stored tools and materials at the end of each day. As a retired construction superintendent, I was pleased with their attention to detail! When I asked about roof vents and flashings, they freshened up the paint at no additional cost - even though it was never discussed prior to start. One thing to be aware of; even though sanding and patching of wood trim was included in the original quote,apparently stucco patching was not included since the extent could not be determined until water-blasting was done. Just make sure you know what is included. I am already considering H2R for a future project, and highly recommend them!"
